Whether a residential campus of one of our 4-year colleges or a Community College of Vermont academic center, a VSCS education is within 25 miles of every Vermonter.
Located in Montpelier, Vermont, provides administrative support for the five Vermont State Colleges. The Chancellor works with the college presidents and the vscs Board of Trustees to oversee all aspects of the colleges' operations. The staff of the Chancellor's Office work closely with their counterparts at the colleges to coordinate activities, initiatives, and planning for the state colleges system. They also provide ongoing support to the colleges in administrative affairs. Information Technology, another division of the Chancellor's Office, maintains the vscs computer network and offers ongoing computer support to the colleges.
