On June 18, 2019 the State of Vermont named the Vermont State Colleges System as the official repository for Burlington College student records. By October 1, 2019, all Burlington College student records will be transferred from the Vermont Agency of Education to the Vermont State Colleges System, and the Vermont State Colleges System will serve as the facilitator of requests for Burlington College student records.
The Vermont State Colleges System can only provide a certified true copy of your student academic record as it existed when it was received from the Agency of Education. The Agency of Education and the Vermont State Colleges System are unable to process requests for additions, edits or corrections to a student’s Burlington College academic record.
Effective December 1, 2019, there will be a $15 fee for each transcript request. This secure website provides for the option of sending a secure electronic or paper copy of your transcript.
Please note the Vermont State Colleges System cannot process requests made outside of this form. Requests will be processed in the order received and processing time may take up to 2 weeks.
